Refund policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, free of stains or odors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of hair care and personal-use products, items that have been worn or used beyond initial inspection are not eligible for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@easytote.co. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered and will be at the customer’s expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, washing, or misuse is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care products that have been worn or used, sale or promotional items, gift cards, and custom or limited-edition products.

Misdelivery
Once the package departs our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the shipping provider to ensure successful delivery.
We do not provide refunds for orders marked as delivered. While we will do our best to assist if shipping issues arise, customers must be available to receive their packages. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking common delivery areas and with neighbors or building management.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately for the replacement item.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. This short cancellation window allows us to process and ship orders efficiently to ensure fast delivery.
After this period, orders are processed immediately and depart our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, it is not possible to cancel or reverse the shipment. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
